Can you really price a dent from a photo?
For most dings and dents, yes. If the photo doesn't show enough, we'll ask for one more angle or a quick look in person before giving a firm price.
What dents can't be fixed with PDR?
Cracked or chipped paint, sharp creases on a body line, and some damage on panel edges may need conventional repair. We'll tell you up front.
Do I need to file insurance?
Not for door dings and small dents. Most customers pay directly. For hail damage, we handle the insurance claim for you.
How long does a repair take?
Most single dents take a few hours. Larger or complex dents can take 2–3 days, and we offer a discounted rental car for those. We give you a timeline with your estimate.
